Axiom Staffing Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a meticulous SMT & Back-End Operator to support electronic manufacturing operations. This direct-hire role focuses on operating SMT and back-end assembly equipment, ensuring proper component placement and product quality across the production line.

You will handle loaders, feeders, and inspection tasks, perform basic machine adjustments, and support wave soldering and ICT testing as needed.

Formación

• Basic manufacturing/production experience in electronics preferred.
• Familiar with ESD practices and electronic assembly standards.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and enter production data.
• English proficiency; Spanish language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support SMT equipment including screen printers and Pick & Place.
• Load feeders, components and consumables; monitor process flow.
• Identify defects and perform basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Operate AOI; segregate defective material from repairs.
• Support PTH assembly lines, wave soldering, and inline touch‑up/repair.
• Perform manual soldering and testing with ICT/functional test gear.
• Package finished goods per requirements and verify labeling/quantity.
• Record production data and complete logs per SOPs.
