Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a dependable candidate to manage stocking, merchandising, rotation, and displays in assigned stores. The role includes setting up permanent POS materials and ensuring visibility of products across shelves, coolers and backrooms.

Responsibilities include visiting stores daily, breaking down truck stock, driving a company van, and performing cooler resets as directed by the Sales Manager. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of Sales experience.
• Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise.
• Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company.
• Inspect vehicle conditions. Will be driving a company supplied van
• Working in a cooler in stores
• Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating
• Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials
• Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager
• Ensure POS is visible
• Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler, displays and backroom
• Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage
• Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler, backrooms and other storage areas. Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place
• Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
• Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work
