Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a motivated merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products across assigned stores. You will manage back stock, restock shelves, and ensure proper handling of pallets and inventory to maintain quality and presentation.

The role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, customer service focus, and the ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines. Valid driver license and compliance screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with computer programs related to the role.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, and meet deadlines.

• Decision making, thoroughness and time management are essential.
• Valid driver license with acceptable MVR.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores daily to breakdown truck and restock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands sold.
• Rotate stock according to expiration dates.
• Build or distribute promotional materials where required.
• Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager.
• Ensure POS materials are visible and properly rotated in coolers and displays.
• Safely handle pallets and unsold product to prevent damage.
• Breakdown orders promptly and organize back stock and storage areas.
• Adhere to dress code and maintain consistent work pace without compromising quality.

Job Description:

This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays and inventory counts. On occasion assists with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Job Duties:

• Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company
• Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating
• Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials
• Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager
• Ensure POS is visible
• Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler, displays and backroom
• Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage
• Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler, backrooms and other storage areas. Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place
• Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
• Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work
