Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Member to join our guest-focused team. You will greet guests, explain the menu, and customize smoothies and bowls while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The role requires punctuality, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task during peak periods.

Starting pay ranges from $10 to $12 per hour, with incentives and prizes available. A flexible schedule and uniform are provided, and opportunities for career growth exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is ESSENTIAL and required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on GUEST SATISFACTION.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task high pressure situations with minimal supervision is required.

OTHER JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, juices, while demonstrating food safety
• Performs store checklist tasks during shift such as restocking, cleaning, dishes, etc
• Remains calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume times
