Job summary

The Smoothie King location at Spring Cypress and Tomball Parkway in Tomball, TX is seeking a Team Captain to oversee shifts, evenings and weekends. You will lead team members, ensure top quality product and service, and maintain Smoothie King standards on cleanliness and guest experience.

Applicants should have some management experience, preferably in food service, and be able to work various shifts including nights and holidays. Growth with the brand is encouraged.

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
• Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

The Smoothie King at Spring Cypress and Tomball Parkway in Tomball is seeking Team Captains to work anytime shifts or evenings during the week and on weekend shifts.

Requirements:

• Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of <55lbs in weight, stoop, and bend.
• Employees must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• You will need an up-to-date food handlers card.
• Background check required upon employment.
