Job summary

Smoothie King in Tomball, TX is seeking Team Captains to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to help deliver high-quality products and service.

You will lead by example, manage daily duties, handle shift changes, and ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction while growing with us. Experience in food service management is preferred; training and development opportunities are available in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have some management experience, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
• Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary

The Smoothie King at Spring Cypress and Tomball Parkway in Tomball is seeking Team Captains to work anytime shifts or evenings during the week and on weekend shifts.

• Background check required upon employment.
