Job summary

Smoothie King in Spring, TX is seeking full-time and part-time Team Captains to work anytime or evenings during the week and on weekends. The role requires some management experience and a food handlers card, with a background check upon employment.

You will lead by example, supervise shifts, ensure standards are met, and train fellow staff. You’ll gain knowledge of all products, including retail, and use suggestive selling to reach store goals.

Qualifications

• Must have some management experience, preferably in food service.
• You will need an up-to-date food handlers card.
• Background check required upon employment.
• Must be punctual.
• Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Must have the ability to suggestively sell
• Must be punctual
