Job summary

Earthbar is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our on-site Los Angeles location. Part-time or full-time shifts support a busy wellness store inside Equinox Gym, with a 50% employee discount and health benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, preparing beverages, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Prior barista or beverage experience is a plus; Food Handlers certification may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies and/or specialty beverages, or in retail/hospitality.
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Earthbar's culture and mission.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods and ensure store operates to Earthbar standards.
• Follow recipes and health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Complete daily opening/closing tasks, stock products, and keep workspace organized.
• Engage customers with product knowledge, upsell and explain menu/company offerings.
