Genesis Health Clubs in Midtown Tulsa is seeking a high-energy Smoothie Bar Lead to oversee our café and smoothie bar operations at our Olathe and Overland Park clubs. This is a commission-driven role focused on growing sales, building a great team, and enhancing member experience.

The ideal candidate is sales-minded, outgoing, and experienced in smoothies, coffee, or quick-service hospitality, with a track record of leading teams and driving revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in smoothie/food-service or hospitality settings.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales.
• Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of both smoothie bar locations.
• Drive sales and revenue growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop your team.
• Set sales expectations and motivate your team to achieve them.
• Create promotions and events to generate business.
• Build relationships with members and turn conversations into sales.
• Increase average transactions and repeat business.
• Prepare smoothies, drinks, and basic food items.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and deposits.
• Maintain clean, organized, and ready-to-run locations.

Genesis Health Clubs is looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Smoothie Bar Lead to oversee our café and smoothie bar operations at our Olathe and Overland Park clubs.

This is more than a food-service position. We want someone who can run the operation like it's their own business—building a great team, connecting with members, increasing sales, and finding creative ways to grow revenue.

This is a commission-driven position, so the more successful you are at growing the business, the greater your earning opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the day-to-day operation of both smoothie bar locations
• Drive sales and revenue growth
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop your team
• Set sales expectations and motivate your team to achieve them
• Create promotions, events, sampling opportunities, and other strategies to generate business
• Build relationships with members and turn conversations into sales
• Look for opportunities to increase average transactions and repeat business
• Prepare smoothies, drinks, and basic food items
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily deposits
• Keep both locations clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business
• Monitor expenses and operate within budget
• Complete required reports, checklists, and operational paperwork
• Jump in wherever needed and lead by example

Previous leadership experience in a smoothie bar, coffee shop, café, restaurant, hospitality, retail, sales, or food-service environment is strongly preferred.
