NorthSound Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Smokey Point, WA. We’re a patient-centered team that values collaboration, consistency, and creating an environment where therapists can build long-term, fulfilling careers.

This full-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Schedule: Mon–Fri; 45-minute 1-on-1 appointments; in-person work; opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited US physical therapist program.
• Licensed in Washington or a Compact state.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred.
• Master's and/or doctorate preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

• Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and work/sport injury related patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• $7,500 Sign On Bonus!
• Position: Full-time
• Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 /year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• 45-minute appointments with 1 on 1 patient care
• Work Location: In person
• Ability to commute to Snohomish
