Paycom - ATS in Bangor, WI is seeking a Smokehouse Production worker to weigh, grind, and stuff items from the smokehouse, and assist with unloading stock and back cooler upkeep.

You will help maintain sanitation and temperature logs, pull items from freezer for daily production, and assist with on-the-job training while following safety and sanitation procedures.

Formación

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety/sanitation procedures
• Perform other Smokehouse Department duties as needed
• Support overall department operations to meet production goals

Job Details: Job Location: Bangor - Bangor, WI 54614, Position Type: Full Time, Job Description

The main responsibility of the Smokehouse Production is to weigh, grind, and stuffing items from the smokehouse. The Smokehouse Production will also assist in miscellaneous duties, including, but not limited to unloading stock, maintaining the back coolers, and cleaning.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the back cooler including rotating stock, dating and cleaning


• Assist with minimal food preparation, including, but not limited to, value added creation (i.e. sausage stuffing, gourmet burgers, etc.) and meat grinding


• Maintain sanitation, grinding and temperature logs as needed


• Pull items from freezer as needed for daily production


• Assist with the training and mentoring of new associates in the Smokehouse Department


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety/sanitation regulations and procedures


• Assist with all other Smokehouse Department duties as needed

Qualifications: Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of Smokehouse equipment


• Strong sense of team – ability to anticipate the needs of the team


• Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner


• Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently regarding department needs and priorities, under general supervision


• Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills


• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
