Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a production associate to load and unload product, monitor ovens, and adjust processes for quality results. You will follow HACCP guidelines, keep accurate records, and ensure a safe, clean work area in a fast-paced plant environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, are reliable team players, and comfortable with varying shifts, including nights and overtime as plant needs require.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills; able to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product into and out of ovens.
• Monitor and adjust smokehouse processes for proper cooking.
• Follow HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs; complete required documentation.
