Integral Federal, Inc. in Newport News, VA seeks a Senior Systems Engineer SME to serve as the Government's primary technical point of contact, providing leadership, guidance, and QA on complex avionics programs.

You will supervise engineering teams, set architecture standards, review deliverables, and oversee integration, testing, and deployment strategies to meet mission goals, security requirements, and program schedules.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical or engineering field with 20 years of Systems Engineering experience related to avionics architectures.
• Experience leading a team to implement architectural approaches for large avionics systems.
• Experience developing, using, and improving avionics architecture standards.
• Senior level experience and IT practices.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• Salary range: $180,000-$210,000.

• Experience leading a team to develop, use, and improve avionics architecture standards
• Senior level experience and be well versed in Information Technology practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project in addition to other planning tools
• Secret Security Clearance
• Salary range: $180,000-$210,000
• This position is in the proposal stage.
• The above salary range represents a general guideline.
• Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
• Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
