Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the government’s primary technical POC, providing leadership, guidance, and QA across avionics programs.

Responsibilities include advisory leadership, directing engineering teams, and overseeing system integration from design through deployment. Must have 20+ years in avionics, senior IT experience, and a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering with 20 years of Systems Engineering experience related to avionics architectures.
• Experience leading a team to implement architectural approaches for large complex avionics systems.
• Experience leading a team to develop, use, and improve avionics architecture standards.
• Senior level experience and be well versed in Information Technology practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and planning tools.
• Secret Security Clearance.

Salary range $180,000-$210,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
