• Experience with Agile methodology, requirements definition, Scrum, contract data requirements list creation, editing and delivery, system documentation, customer support, and Scrum practices including estimations, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Experience with leading teams, client delivery, and facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• DoD Software Assurance Expertise is desired.

• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional and timeline analyses.
• Evaluate the implementation of software assurance activities and planning across the system life cycle and program documentation.
• Review architecture and design for adherence to secure design principles and assess soundness of architectural decisions.
• Apply a system-wide perspective when evaluating software build/release/increment artifacts to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Advise on requirements development in an agile environment, architecture decomposition, testing philosophies, and verification coverage.

Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems.

Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

Evaluate the implementation of software assurance activities software engineering planning across the system life cycle and program documentation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600-$252,100
