Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SMD engineering and electronics supplier contexts preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Lead improvements of current manufacturing systems, focusing on quality and productivity.
• Develop maintenance master plan for equipment and improve maintenance processes.
• Support downtime prevention and new product manufacturing initiatives.
