Northrop Grumman’s Command and Control & Weapons Integration (CWI) Division delivers innovative and advanced Command and Control (C2) capabilities, full life-cycle platform and mission systems modernization, to maximize weapon systems effectiveness through its Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions (WIMS) and Global Command and Control Solutions (GC2S) Business Unit (BU). Within the GC2S BU, the Strategic & Mobile C2 (SMC2) Operating Unit (OU) provides solutions for tactical mobile C2, global situational awareness, joint and offensive fires, and strategic nuclear C2 and C3 capabilities. Northrop Grumman is seeking a Functional Engineering Department Manager for the SMC2 OU.
The selected candidate will report direct to the GC2S Engineering Director and will be part of the GC2S Engineering Leadership team. This position will have functional responsibility to grow and develop the SMC2 engineering staff and collaborate with their SMC2 OU functional counterparts to drive and ensure successful program, IRAD, Capture and Proposal execution. The primary place(s) of performance for this position will be in Bellevue, NE, Huntsville, AL, Newport News, VA, and Space Park, CA.

Salary Range: $178,500.00 - $257,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
