Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing TikTok global incentive and guidance campaigns across various markets/regions.
• Conduct data analysis and regular performance tracking to provide insights and coordinate resources for follow-up and deep dives to support business growth.
• Assist strategy team with business performance reviews and optimize data systems to quickly locate issues or identify opportunities.
