Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Customer Success leader to own the Commercial SMB business end to end and build an AI-powered success model that scales across teams. You will also drive adoption by leading the SMB agent rollout with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 3+ years in customer success, hands-on AI building skills, and strong program ownership and process design ability to deliver retention and expansion outcomes.
