Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Smartsheet Developer to design, develop, and maintain business systems, workflows, automations, and reporting solutions that support client and internal operational needs.

While this role currently focuses on the development and administration of enterprise Smartsheet solutions, it also supports broader business technology initiatives involving process automation, system integrations, data management, reporting, and emerging digital tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing business systems, workflows, or automations.
• Experience designing and maintaining Smartsheet environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a client-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Smartsheet solutions including sheets, dashboards, reports, and automations.
• Gather requirements and partner with teams/clients to build effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Smartsheet and other systems via APIs and connectors.
• Build process automations using Make, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools.
• Design and maintain reporting and analytics for actionable insights.
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements for scalability and maintainability.
• Support data management, governance, and quality initiatives across projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and document architecture, rules, and procedures.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and new automation opportunities.
