Qualus Corporation is seeking a Smartsheet Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Smartsheet solutions that support client and internal operations. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate across teams to implement integrations and automations.

The role emphasizes automation, data management, and reporting, with opportunities to leverage APIs and connectors to streamline processes and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building business systems, workflow solutions, reporting, or process automations.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience designing and maintaining Smartsheet environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Smartsheet solutions including sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, workflows, and automations.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and document processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Smartsheet and other systems via APIs, connectors, automation platforms, and custom solutions.
• Build process automations using Make, Power Automate, Python, or similar technologies to reduce manual effort.
• Design and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend system improvements for scalability and maintainability.
• Support data management, governance, and quality initiatives across projects and applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues, workflow failures, and reporting discrepancies.
• Document solution architecture, business rules, workflows, integrations, and support procedures.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend new tools or automation opportunities.
