Job summary

Is-International-Services seeks a Smart 3D Administrator to manage, configure, and support Hexagon Smart 3D across plant projects. You will ensure system availability, data integrity, and integration with engineering workflows worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–7 years supporting engineering-design systems or CAD administration.
• At least 2 years hands-on SP3D/Smart 3D administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Smart 3D applications and data issues.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and Smart 3D data relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer standard Smart 3D environments using approved standards.
• Configure and maintain Smart 3D projects and database relationships.
• Review project initialization requests and perform readiness checks.
• Provide routine and escalated Smart 3D support and resolve issues.
• Coordinate access, roles, and security with IT and admin teams.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and testing.
