Job summary

Throne Labs, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician for New York City. You will perform repairs addressing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or construction issues and assist with training other technicians.

Travel to Washington, DC for a two-week paid training starts your employment, with a flexible schedule based on needs. The base hourly rate is $34.80 plus $16.14 in fringe benefits, with a full benefits package including equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing, electrical work, construction basics, or remodeling.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics/diagrams.
• Able to use tools/equipment safely and properly.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of testing electrical components: voltage, continuity, current tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Flexible to weekends/after-hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Passion for Throne's mission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Throne Units’ working condition; troubleshoot and repair on-site as issues arise.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to yourself and other field technicians.
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide installations, repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain records of work performed, including repairs, replacements and inspections.
