Job summary

Throne Labs is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician in Ann Arbor. You will perform on-site repairs addressing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or construction issues, report to the Operations Manager, and assist with training other technicians. Weekend availability is required.

The base hourly rate ranges from $23.80 to $27.37 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including equity. You will also help prioritize tasks and ensure safety and quality in every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical work, construction basics, or remodeling.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to use tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of testing procedures for electrical components, including voltage, continuity, and current tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Can-do attitude and passion for Throne's mission

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, identify and repair Thrones on-site as issues arise.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to yourself and other field service technicians.
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide installations, repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Update and maintain accuracy of our inventory system.
• Keep fleet vehicles clean and organized.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse environment.
