Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of project coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with documentation and follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain a risk management system.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Monitor build progress and provide real-time updates.
• Develop and maintain project budget tracking systems.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for project activities.
