Job summary

A leading technology manufacturer in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes and design efficient assembly line layouts. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing required.
• Experience with SMT/Wave soldering processes preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and PCB manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies.
• Design and implement efficient assembly line layouts.
• Collaborate with design engineers on PCB layouts and manufacturability.
• Select, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
