Job summary

GSK is launching a Manufacturing Operations Graduate Program in Upper Merion, PA, starting September 2027. Graduates will rotate through production, quality, and technical services while receiving tailored training and mentoring to accelerate growth in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chains.

The program emphasizes digital technologies, data analytics, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality medicines and vaccines globally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science/BSc required or equivalent.
  • Master of Science/MSc in Engineering or related digital/biotech fields is preferred.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Graduation date by August 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on manufacturing exposure across production processes and equipment.
  • Engage in rotations across functions to deepen technical and QA knowledge.
  • Apply problem-solving methods (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma) to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, technical services and supply chain teams.
  • Develop skills through mentoring, training budgets and structured development.
