Job summary

GSK is hiring for its Smart Manufacturing & CI Graduate Program located in Zebulon, NC, starting September 2027. The two-year program combines rotations, tailored training, and mentoring to apply scientific, engineering, or digital knowledge to manufacturing challenges and improve processes.

You will gain hands-on experience with digital data analytics, lean methods, and sustainability projects while developing leadership and project management skills in a global supply chain setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Science, Technical, Biological Sciences) or related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Graduation date by August 2027

• Engage in Smart Manufacturing & CI projects and rotations.
