You will gain hands-on experience with Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and GPS deployment, backed by mentoring, training budgets, and extensive professional development opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline, with focus on data management, digital technologies, change management or project management.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Graduation date by August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Smart Manufacturing initiatives: participate in projects applying AI, data and technology to manufacturing.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and develop lean and Six Sigma skills.
• Contribute to GPS deployment and lean standards in production environments.
