Gojade is seeking a SmartHome Specialist to convert inquiries into total smart home solutions for homes and small businesses in Southern Colorado. You’ll turn conversations into comprehensive technology bundles, guiding customers from discovery to final installation with a white-glove approach.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, problem-solving, and tailoring lifestyle tech plans to customer needs, with no supervision and a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience in proactive sales or business development.
• Proven track record of overcoming objections and closing deals.
• Comfortability with cold calling and prospecting is a must.

Responsibilities

• Be a problem solver by asking thoughtful questions and recommending complete solutions for subscribers.
• Position Gojade as Southern Colorado’s premier smart home provider with white glove service.
• Actively prospect and develop new business via telephone marketing, follow-up and outreach.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery to uncover real tech problems customers face.
• Map customer needs to total tech bundles, not just internet access.
• Overcome objections by guiding customers toward the right solutions.
