Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking motivated Field Service Technicians to install, service, and support cutting-edge smart home systems in customers' homes. This role offers a piece-rate pay with an unlimited commission plan and the opportunity to become an expert on industry-leading products.

You will manage inventory, explain product capabilities, and build relationships with diverse customers while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a plus.
Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
