Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking field service technicians to install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes. Earn piecerate pay and an unlimited commission plan, and become an expert on industry-leading products.

You will manage inventory with a business-owner mentality, explain system capabilities to customers, and convert service appointments into leads and revenue. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities
