Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers while acting with integrity.
• Experience in installation or service tech is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Earn piece-rate pay with an unlimited commission plan.
• Become an expert on smart home technology through product training.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home tech in customers' homes.
• Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
• Leverage appointments into leads and revenue.
