NRG Energy is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes. Earn piece-rate pay with unlimited commission and train on industry-leading products.

You will manage inventory and assets with a business-owner mentality, explain detailed system capabilities, and create solutions that protect and simplify customers’ lives. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and you must live within 20 miles

Qualifications

• Must have a sales-oriented approach and willingness to train on products.
• Strong customer service focus with integrity and rapport-building.
• Technical aptitude in home tech installations is helpful but not required.
