Job summary

This role requires a strong background in C/C++ and embedded applications and involves working on various IoT connectivity protocols.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 2+ years of professional embedded firmware development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware solutions for New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Translate high-level project requirements into firmware specifications.
• Map out firmware solutions for features and oversee implementation.
• Work with developers on solution development and optimize performance.
• Report project progress, issues, risks, and manage defects.

Skills

Embedded firmware/software development for microcontrollers

C/C++ for embedded applications

Chip-to-chip communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART)

IoT connectivity protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee)

Debugging firmware and working with hardware

Developing and maintaining firmware in RTOS
