Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based industries is a plus.
• Strong customer-first mindset and rapport-building with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in home electronics or related fields is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer sites.
• Evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades and services.
• Educate customers on using their system to protect their family.
