Job summary

DISH is seeking a Field Technician to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' homes across the region. You will be the face of the company, delivering a world class customer experience and educating homeowners on smart home possibilities.

Role includes paid training, 4-day work weeks with overtime, benefits, and performance-based pay growth. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required, with company-provided van and tools.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly for customer interactions.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs+ and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a DISH Field Technician visiting customers' homes.
• Explain and install DISH TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities and ensure a positive customer experience.
