Job summary

DISH is seeking a Field Technician to install and educate customers on TV and Smart Home solutions in their homes. You will be the face of DISH, delivering a world-class customer experience and driving smart-home adoption.

Training is provided, with a path for advancement through promotions. A 4-day work week is offered with overtime, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet and in all weather.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily and ensure a world class experience.
• Build value by simplifying lives and showcasing smart home possibilities.
• Lead the customer experience during installations and consultations.
• Provide accurate information and educated recommendations to homeowners.
