Amplify People in the Dayton/Cincinnati area is seeking a Low Voltage Technician for its installation team. This entry‑level to early‑career role involves installing and supporting residential and commercial smart home, security, audio/video, and networking systems.

You will start by learning the fundamentals of low‑voltage installation, with opportunities to move into service, troubleshooting, or more advanced design/programming as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and coachability are essential.
• Punctuality and reliability are required for on‑site client work.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and work in attics/crawl spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in Dayton/Cincinnati region.
• Interest in growing into service, design, or programming roles.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure residential and commercial smart home, security, audio/video, and networking systems.
• Run structured cabling and mount equipment on job sites.
• Support service calls and troubleshooting as skills grow.
• Travel to Dayton and Cincinnati area jobs, typically in company vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with clients professionally.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and certifications.
