OnPoint Tech Systems is seeking an Entry Level Smart Home & AV Technician (Level 1) in South Florida for residential and commercial projects. You’ll assist experienced technicians with smart home, AV, networking, security, and electrical installations.

No prior industry experience is required; you will learn wiring, device installation, and how integrated technology systems are installed, tested, and serviced. Reliable, hands-on learners who want a long-term career will fit in here.

Qualifications

• No formal industry experience required; reliability and willingness to learn are valued.
• Must be comfortable with physical work on construction sites and in occupied homes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with smart home, AV, networking, security, and electrical installations.
• Pull, route, secure, and label low-voltage wiring.
• Help install speakers, televisions, cameras, and network equipment.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Organize equipment, inventory, and project materials in the warehouse.
• Keep company vehicles and job sites clean and organized.
• Complete project photos, labeling, and basic documentation.
• Follow instructions from lead technicians and project managers.
• Learn how integrated technology systems are installed, tested, and serviced.
