OnPoint Tech Systems in South Florida is seeking an Entry Level Smart Home & AV Technician (Level 1) to learn the trade through hands-on work on luxury home and commercial projects. The role involves assisting with smart home, AV, networking, security, and electrical installations under supervision.

No prior industry experience is required; candidates should be reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working on construction sites and in occupied homes.

Reliability, hands-on ability, and willingness to help the team are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians with smart home, AV, networking, security, and electrical installations.
Pull, route, secure, and label low-voltage wiring.
Help install speakers, TVs, cameras, and network equipment.
Use basic hand and power tools safely.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
Organize equipment, inventory, and project materials in the warehouse.
Keep vehicles, jobsites, and work areas clean and organized.
Complete project photos, labeling, and basic documentation.
Follow directions from lead technicians and project managers.
Learn how integrated technology systems are installed, tested, and serviced.
