Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced Manufacturing Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect to drive Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will define scalable architectures, integrate shop-floor systems (MES/SCADA) with ERP/PLM/QMS, and lead cross-functional teams across IT and manufacturing to enable digital transformation.

You will guide technology selections, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and deliver architecture artifacts and leadership throughout agile delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field.
• 10+ years in IT, systems integration, solution or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, DCS.
• Hands-on with Maximo or similar EAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define solution requirements aligned with manufacturing strategy with stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure solutions integrating MES/SCADA with ERP/PLM/QMS.
• Lead architecture for smart factory initiatives including IoT and digital twins.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, tools, and vendors for manufacturing environments.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle and Agile ceremonies.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and system configuration.
• Develop architecture documentation: blueprints, data-flow, integration patterns.
