Porsche Consulting is seeking professionals to strengthen our Milan team in Smart Factor & Operational Excellence. You will lead projects on production optimization, industrial digitalization, and Smart Factory development, collaborating with C-level executives to design scalable, sustainable solutions.

Expect travel up to 80% across Italy and abroad. Engineering degrees or MBAs are valued, with 4–6 years in production management in multinational environments. Strong English and Italian required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or MBA is a strong plus.
• 4–6 years of production management experience in multinational companies.
• Extensive knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digitalization.
• Experience in operations strategy and industrial network optimization.
• Experience leading teams and resources.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau; fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80%).

Responsabilités

• Lead interdisciplinary, international client engagements aligning improvements with strategic goals.
• Analyze and redesign production and logistics processes (value stream mapping, layout optimization).
• Define and implement operations strategies at corporate and plant levels.
• Design and deploy Smart Factory roadmaps (Industry 4.0).
• Integrate digital technologies (IoT, MES, automation, AI, Digital Twin).
• Develop scalable operating models including network design and make-or-buy strategies.
• Support cultural and organizational transformation in operations.
