Porsche Consulting is seeking Strategy Consultants to translate strategic vision into measurable results across industries. You will work in interdisciplinary teams with senior executives, manage workstreams, perform analyses, and present insights to leadership.

Travel up to 80% to client sites in Italy and beyond, shaping future directions and delivering tangible transformations. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in strategy/management consulting, a degree in Economics or Engineering (MBA/PhD a

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent; PhD/MBA asset.
4–6 years in strategy/management consulting or related roles.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
Ownership, accountability and focus on impact and quality.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in international/cross-functional environments.
Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial thinking.
Proficiency with data viz and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Fluency in Italian and English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead interdisciplinary, international project teams and workstreams.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop recommendations.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present insights to executives.
Address topics: corporate strategy, growth, business model innovation, M&A strategy, due diligence, operating model design, digital/AI strategy.
