Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Richardson, TX seeks a Fab IT Manager, the senior Smart Manufacturing and IT leader for a 300mm wafer fab. You will partner with factory leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology, automation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, manufacturing IT, automation, or smart manufacturing.
5+ years leading engineering or manufacturing IT organizations.

Responsibilities

Partner with factory leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology, automation, and digital transformation.
Lead a cross-functional team of manufacturing IT engineers and domain experts.
Ensure high availability and reliability of MES, equipment automation, and factory systems.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve capacity, yield, and cycle time.
Coordinate with global product teams and external vendors to balance tactical needs with long-term strategy.
