Qualifications

• Two+ years in technical sales or application function in manufacturing.
• Industrial Engineering degree or related process analysis experience.
• Background in fabrication with CNC machine tools.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and processes.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer part files and fabrication equipment against sheet metal processing and software.
• Use lean engineering methods to improve direct and indirect production processes.
• Collaborate with consultants and customers on production concepts and automation.
• Assist sales by identifying improvement potentials and smart factory solutions.
• Serve as communication link between Consulting & Automation and PM/Engineering teams.
• Help create sales concepts and ensure equipment fit on the shop floor.
• Maintain centralized concept layouts and drawings for regional teams.
• Participate in transmittal meetings to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Travel up to 50% to support customers and projects.
