Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a delivery associate at our Federal Way location. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires a Class A or B CDL where applicable, a valid medical certificate, and the ability to pass MVR checks. You will load products, inspect items, and follow DOT rules to maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL license; Class B with air brake endorsement may apply where required.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR screen and meet company requirements.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; must be 21+ and comply with DOT/CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Deliver and unload merchandise, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with delivery drivers.
• Inspect products before loading and verify items against invoices.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and DOT compliance for delivery vehicles and equipment.
