Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Manager for our Houston-area operations. You will coordinate multiple small-to-mid complexity projects with budgets between $100K and $2.5M, handling billing, scheduling, and subcontractor management while guiding technical staff and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires HVAC controls industry knowledge, MEP drawing interpretation, and proficient use of MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and support customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Verbal and written English communication
• Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of HVAC MEP drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet protocols
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and coordinate needs with the project team
• Oversee project billing, job cost reporting, and client satisfaction
• Guide technical or administrative staff on projects
• Manage subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, and financial requirements
• Pursue change-order opportunities and correct documentation
• Ensure safety policies are followed and project documentation is maintained
