Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager for our Rolling Meadows, IL branch to coordinate and deliver building automation projects. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely, cost-effective completion and safety adherence. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, experience in project management in the HVAC controls industry, and familiarity with MEP drawings. Our competitive pay range is $75,684 – $129,744 annually, with additional wellness benefits available.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC controls industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple building automation projects.
• Evaluate project specifications and establish schedules.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and materials.
• Assist in contracting subcontractors and coordinating activities.
• Track project resources and progress diligently.
• Manage project-specific billing coordination.
