Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• English verbal and written communication skills.
• HVAC controls industry experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specs, electrical/network/control wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license; eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects with financial impact.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with project team.
• Manage requisition of supplies and materials.
• Review plans and specifications for project intent.
• Support subcontractor solicitation and contracting.
• Maintain client relationships and project documentation.
• Close-out documentation and change-order opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies.
